April Hickel serves as Vice President, Product Management, Intelligent Z Optimization and Transformation (IZOT) for BMC. Her responsibilities include understanding software market dynamics; setting product strategic direction; and working directly with customers, from acquisition to deployment, for BMC’s IZOT portfolio. She has over 20 years of diversified experience in enterprise software with a focus on IT Operations Management solutions. April is a frequently requested speaker on AIOps and actively participates in many national user groups and industry events. April’s previous experience included managing BMC’s TrueSight portfolio. She has a passion for working directly with customers to create innovative solutions to the difficult problems they face in running and reinventing a business.
