Mark Tognetti leads the Creator Workflow Product Success team at ServiceNow. Mark helps ServiceNow’s top customers drive transformation using the Now Platform and Now Intelligence capabilities. His team is focused on application development, enterprise architecture and analytics. Mark brings 30 years of enterprise IT experience - both as a practitioner and a consultant. He joined ServiceNow from PwC where he was Managing Director responsible for the Google practice. Prior to PwC, he held technology leadership roles with Appirio, PHH Arval, Cendant Corporation and Thomson Corporation.
